Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to provide outstanding customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You will bag groceries, assist customers, and help with loading bags into vehicles while adhering to safety and food handling guidelines.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle busy conditions. Retail experience is a plus, and applications are encouraged across shifts.

Mansioni

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Aim for at least five items per bag.
• Follow best bagging practices for different bag types.
• Assist in removing merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout.
• Offer to help load bags into customers' cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning.
• Inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves.
• Gather bascarts and return to designated areas.
• Clean spills and collect trash in-store and in the parking lot.
• Clean all areas inside and outside the store.
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise.
• Understand store layout and locate products; conduct price checks for cashiers.
• Reinforce safety programs by following procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Create welcoming environment by answering product questions.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
