Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a team-oriented associate to maintain stock levels and ensure quality control in the grocery department. You will display products per company standards, assist customers, and perform cash handling duties at the register while upholding food safety practices.

Responsibilities include unloading/loading with a pallet jack, rotating dated items, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age to operate equipment.
• 21+ to drive for company business where applicable.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full stock conditions on grocery display racks and shelves.
• Operate pallet jack to unload/reload items.
• Ensure dated product is rotated or discarded as needed.
• Assist customers with price checks and questions; bag groceries.
• Scan items, weigh, and manage checkout totals accurately.
