The Lead acts as the aisle owner, ensuring shelves are faced, prices accurate, and displays updated, collaborating with the Store Manager on promotions while maintaining tagging accuracy and stock rotation.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and climb ladders for long periods.
• 1–2 years grocery/retail experience with large inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Management: oversee ordering, inventory and delivery; verify counts.
• Backroom Organization: keep backroom clean with properly labeled overstock.
• Stocking & Rotation: ensure rotation and shelf-life compliance.
• Merchandising & Presentation: maintain 'Grand Opening' aisles; manage endcaps.
• Signage & Pricing: audit shelf tags and update promotional talkers weekly.
• Department Standards & Safety: ensure clear aisles, safe operation of equipment.
• Customer Engagement: assist customers and relay frequent-item requests to management.
