Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an Overnight Grocery Team Lead to supervise the back door, backroom, and sales floor during the early AM stock shift. You will coordinate with midnight stockers to keep the department stocked and merchandised according to plan.

Responsibilities include distributing work, stocking, pricing, rotation, merchandising, inventory control, scanner maintenance, and housekeeping, while maintaining high standards with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Availability for 35+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Experience as a lead or senior aisle clerk with leadership potential preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional 80 lbs.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the back door, backroom and sales floor during the early AM stock shift.
• Coordinate with midnight stockers to ensure proper stocking and merchandising.
• Distribute work within the department and handle ordering, stocking, pricing and rotation.
• Perform inventory control, scanner maintenance and housekeeping.
• Take on an Aisle Clerk responsibility for a designated section when needed.

OVERNIGHT GROCERY TEAM LEAD:Hourly Lead Person in the Grocery Department and responsible for the direct supervision of the 'back door', backroom and salesfloor during the early AM stock shift.This person's primary duties include working with the Department's midnight stockers and support crew to see the Department is stocked and merchandised in the manner specified.Particularly emphasis is placed on distributing work within the Department, ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, merchandising, record keeping, inventory [Backstock Control], scanner maintenance, and housekeeping.Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned including an Aisle Clerk's responsibility for a designated Section within the Department.

1. Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.

2. Previous Work Experience: Prefer a Senior Aisle Clerk with demonstrated leadership abilities or the potential to succeed.

3. Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50#, occasional lifting to 80#.
