The Just One Project is seeking a hands-on Groceries on the Go Lead in Las Vegas to bring fresh food and groceries directly into the community. You will oversee Mobile Market operations, guide the Program Driver, manage volunteers, and ensure a welcoming, organized experience for neighbors.

The Just One Project's mission is to increase access to food, resources, and supportive services to build a stronger, healthier, and more connected community. The Just One Project has a culture of attracting the most passionate and talented people to represent The Just One Project by reinforcing strong values, work-life balance, and diversity. We know that our company culture ultimately affects client experience. Every program is designed with our clients in mind; we are "client-centric."
Everything we do is guided by our core values: Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion, and by our Gold Standard of service. We believe every person who walks through our doors deserves to be treated with the same care, dignity, and respect as you'd want for your own family, whether they're picking up groceries or asking for help with something much harder. We're looking for someone who doesn't just agree with these values, but lives them out in how they treat every neighbor they serve.
As the Groceries on the Go Lead, you'll help bring fresh food, essential groceries, and a welcoming experience directly into the communities we serve. From coordinating our Mobile Market and food distributions to guiding our Program Driver and supporting volunteers, you'll play a key role in making sure our neighbors have reliable access to the food they need.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves staying organized, building relationships, and making a difference in the community. You'll work closely with the Community Food Program Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, support your team, and ensure every distribution reflects our Gold Standard of service.
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Staff also participate in a minimum of 6 Saturday Pop Up & Give events per year.
