About Us
The Just One Project's mission is to increase access to food, resources, and supportive services to build a stronger, healthier, and more connected community.
At The Just One Project, we believe that everyone deserves access to essential resources and the opportunity to thrive. Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated individuals who work together to create meaningful change throughout Southern Nevada.
Everything we do is guided by our core values: Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion, and by our Gold Standard of service. We believe every person we serve deserves to be treated with the same care, dignity, and respect you'd want for your own family.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just believe in these values but brings them to life through every delivery, interaction, and opportunity to make a difference.
About the Role
As a Program Driver, you'll be doing more than getting behind the wheel - you'll be helping deliver hope, nourishment, and essential resources to individuals and families throughout Southern Nevada.
Every delivery matters. Whether you're bringing groceries to a senior, delivering meals to someone in need, transporting fresh produce to a community distribution, or helping prepare for one of our large-scale food events, you'll play an important role in making sure our community has access to the resources it deserves.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where no two days are exactly alike! As part of our Fleet Department, you'll have the opportunity to support a variety of programs and initiatives, including Meals on Wheels, Golden Groceries, Senior Hunger Prevention, Farmers Markets, Impact on the Go, and other community-based services.
You'll work closely with our Fleet, Warehouse, and program teams to keep deliveries running smoothly, ensure products arrive safely, and provide the compassionate service our clients deserve.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about helping others. Someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and understands that a friendly smile and a positive attitude can make just as much of an impact as the delivery itself.
If you love being on the move, enjoy working with a team, and want a job where you can see the difference you're making every day, we'd love to meet you!
