Kemps Cedarburg plant is seeking a motivated Gripper Operator for the cooler area. The operator handles equipment that transports milk, requiring precision and a strong focus on safety. This fast-paced position operates primarily on 2nd shift with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with lifting.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings including drug and background checks.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport milk to various areas of the warehouse.
• Follow directions from the computer mounted on the equipment.
• Work in a wet environment and temperature maintained at 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit.
