Job summary

Grimco, a leading supplier and manufacturer serving the sign, graphics, traffic, and printing industries, is hiring a Warehouse Associate Level 1 – Grinding for 1st shift, 7 AM to 3 PM. This entry-level manufacturing role supports grinding and tumbling operations in a fast-paced production area.

You will operate equipment safely, move materials, enter data, perform simple arithmetic, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Good work ethic and reliable attendance are essential.
• Able to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding and tumbling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle and move production materials throughout the shift.
• Operate forklifts to move materials.
• Enter production data into company systems and complete basic reports.
• Perform simple arithmetic calculations related to production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Support the Warehouse team as needed.
