Grimco is seeking a Warehouse Associate Level 1 – Grinder to join our manufacturing team in Manchester, NH. The role focuses on supporting daily grinding and tumbling operations in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a physically demanding industrial setting, with willingness to learn and follow safety procedures. Training is provided, and a path to growth is available.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and math skills.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle and move production materials throughout the shift.
• Operate forklifts to move materials.
• Enter production data into company systems and complete basic reports.
• Perform simple arithmetic calculations related to production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Support the Warehouse team as needed.
