Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking a diligent Grinding/Prepare Aluminum worker in Rogers, MN. You will rough grind, knock down welds, and prepare aluminum pieces for painting in a small privately owned shop with opportunities to learn many machines.

We offer PTO and holidays, medical/dental benefits, short term disability, life insurance, and a 401k with company match. Shifts are 6am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday with overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of metal grinding or aluminum preparation experience.
• Reliable, punctual and team oriented.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rough grind, knock down welds and prepare a piece of aluminum for painting.
• Polish and finish sand aluminum and stainless steel.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Pay : $20-24/hour (Rogers, MN)
