Job summary

Cincinnati Service and Rebuilders Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a full-time Machine Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and rebuild Milacron grinding machines. You will disassemble units, replace parts, and verify operation using precision tools.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in machine mechanics or maintenance, can read manuals and schematics, and follows safety standards while documenting repairs and parts used.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a machine mechanic or maintenance technician.
• Ability to interpret repair manuals and guides.
• Written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to apply general math concepts such as fractions and measurements.
• Hands-on Milacron equipment experience, grinding machines preferred.
• Experience with hand scraping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on Milacron grinding machines.
• Disassemble and clean units in preparation for rebuild.
• Perform repairs, rebuilds, and part replacements on machine components.
• Read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify functionality.
• Document repairs and parts used, maintaining safety standards.
