Job summary

Cincinnati Service and Rebuilders is seeking a Full-time Machine Mechanic in Cincinnati, OH. The successful candidate will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on Milacron grinding machines, disassemble units, and perform rebuilds with attention to safety and accuracy.

Ideal applicants have 3+ years of relevant experience, a high-school diploma or equivalent, and strong reading of schematics.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a machine mechanic or similar role.
• Ability to interpret repair manuals and guides.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience with Milacron equipment, preferably grinding machines.
• Ability to apply basic math concepts.
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on Milacron grinding machines.
• Disassemble and clean units for rebuild.
• Perform repairs, rebuilds, and part replacements on machine components.
• Read and interpret schematics.
• Use precision measuring tools to identify issues and verify function.
• Document repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
