Job summary

Ajasianfoods is seeking a Production Operator to ensure machines run at full capacity while producing quality products. You will perform line setup, start up, and changeovers, monitor output, and help maintain equipment. Strong attention to quality and safety is essential.

The role requires basic math, English proficiency, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing operator experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, utilizing basic math skills and auditing paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs at all times.
• Perform line setup, start up, operations, closing and changeover of equipment.
• Ensure product quality throughout process.
• Perform checks and inspections to verify quality.
• Perform machine setups according to procedures and setup sheets.
• Accurately complete and maintain production records.
• Report problems to department lead.
• Adequate housekeeping and organized layout.
• Adhere to quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by the lead.
