Qualifications

• 10+ years operating heavy equipment in aggregate, recycling, forestry or related.
• Extensive experience with horizontal grinders, excavators, wheel loaders.
• Proven ability to operate the CBI 6800 Horizontal Grinder or similar.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and dusty environments.
• Strong safety, equipment care and production focus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the CBI 6800 Horizontal Grinder according to policies.
• Load material using an excavator and operate a wheel loader as needed.
• Maintain consistent material flow to maximize production.
• Monitor grinder performance and adjust feed rates based on material conditions.
• Ensure finished product meets established quality and sizing specs.
• Complete daily pre-operational inspections and maintenance.
• Record inspections and maintenance accurately.
