Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a Grinder Operator for the Wyoming/Big Lake, MN area. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to perform in a fast-paced production setting.

The role offers hourly pay of $23–$25 with weekly pay and an evaluation-to-hire employment path. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM and Friday 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, in a manufacturing environment. Benefits include health coverage and more.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating grinders or similar equipment.
• Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding machines to remove excess material.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Deburr, smooth, and finish metal components.
• Follow production specifications and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Grinder Operator openings in the Wyoming and Big Lake area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast paced production environment.

Pay and Schedule

Hourly Pay: $23-$25 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
