Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable Grinding / Deburring Operator to produce high-quality sheet metal components. This night shift role runs 2:30PM–10:30PM and offers a starting pay rate of $17–$21 per hour.

You will perform deburring with grinders, inspect parts for burrs, use calipers to verify dimensions, and follow safety procedures while maintaining a clean, safe work area on a production team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic understanding of sheet metal processes desired.
• Familiarity with deburring equipment and tools preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring operations on sheet metal components using handheld or bench grinders.
• Inspect workpieces for burrs, sharp edges, surface defects, and other imperfections.
• Use measuring tools, including calipers and gauges, to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain and clean grinding equipment and the surrounding work area.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate Range Starting at 17-21$

Grinding (Night shift) 2:30PM – 10:30PM

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Grinding / Deburring Operator to help produce high-quality sheet metal components. This hands‑on position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, follows safety procedures, and enjoys working as part of a production team. Previous on‑the‑job department experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Perform deburring operations on sheet metal components using handheld or bench grinders
• Inspect workpieces for burrs, sharp edges, surface defects, and other imperfections
• Use measuring tools, including calipers and gauges, to verify dimensions and specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
