Description/Qualifications

Become a success story within our Grinder Dept!

Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm

Starting pay is $18/hr based upon experience.

Responsibilities:

• Grind, sand, and polish stainless products.
• Correct defects.
• Prepare surface for further finishing.
• Mark cracks and splits for repair.
• Polish and grind materials according to specifications.
• Load or remove workpieces from worktables.
• Clean equipment and worktables.
• Maintain or repair equipment.
• Follow guidelines and templates.
• Record processing and product data in GS.
• Able to read and understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers.
• Understand components in relation to BOM.
• Read assembly instructions to assemble products.
• Assemble products based on BOM and documentation.
• Verify products with drawings where applicable.
• Verify products based on Work Instructions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.

Qualifications:

Prior experience with grinding/finishing in a manufacturing environment.
