Job summary

Custom Staffing is seeking a Grinder Worker in Russia, OH to operate grinding machines, finish metal castings, and inspect for defects. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with a 2nd shift 3:30 PM – 2:30 AM from Monday to Thursday.

On-the-job training is provided; no prior experience is necessary. The position offers a pay of $23.00 per hour, with benefits after hire-on including weekly bonuses, holiday and vacation pay, and a profit-sharing retirement plan.

Grinder Worker

Location: Russia, OH

Shift: 2nd Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Pay: $23.00/hour

• Operate grinding machines to finish and smooth metal castings

Benefits After Hire-On:

• $.50 increase every 4 weeks after hire into FMC (top pay rate varies by position)
