Job description

Grind Floor Machine Operators - All Shifts

Join our team as a Grind Floor Machine Operator and contribute to manufacturing precision bearing components used in aircraft engines, structures, and defense equipment for the U.S. Military.

Shift Differential: 15% for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Produce quality parts based on order priorities
• Complete machine set-ups
• Load materials and change tooling and attachments as needed
• Maintain necessary paperwork
• Perform mathematical calculations for machine and materials
• Follow all safety rules and regulations

Operate machines such as centerless grinders, external/internal grinders, face lap and face grind machines, bore and OD hone machines, among others.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing and machinery experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a machinist is a plus
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to diagnose machine problems and suggest corrections
• Proficiency with specialized tools or quick learner
• Basic math skills and familiarity with the metric system
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
