Ball Plant Machine Operators - All Shifts

Join our team as a Machine Operator at the Ball Plant, working across all shifts. This role involves producing precision bearing components used in aircraft engines, structures, and defense equipment for the U.S. Military.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing quality parts according to order priorities
• Completing machine setups
• Loading materials, changing tooling and attachments as needed
• Maintaining necessary paperwork
• Performing mathematical calculations for machine and materials
• Following all safety rules and regulations

Operators will use various machines and gauging tools, and measure materials with hand tools.

Required skills:

• Previous manufacturing or machinery experience preferred
• 3+ years of machinist experience is a plus
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machine problems
• Familiarity with specialized tools or willingness to learn
• Basic math skills and understanding of the metric system
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
