Job summary

• Fast-paced environment

• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible evenings and weekends
• Prior restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
• Ensure all dishes and kitchen tools are properly stored and organized
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks to support sanitation standards
• Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service demands during peak hours
