Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and outstanding guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dining room.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Serving experience preferred; wine/beverage knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service creating memorable guest experiences.
• Know menu offerings, daily specials, wine selections, and cocktails to make recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders and ensure timely service.
• Build relationships by anticipating needs and resolving concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sections per standards.
