Job summary

Nudy's Cafes in the Delaware Valley is seeking an accomplished Line Cook to prepare meals to customer preferences, slice, grill and coordinate with waitstaff. You will monitor ingredients, inform waitstaff when orders are ready, and keep the grill area clean while tracking inventory to ensure sufficient supplies.

The ideal candidate is a skilled multitasker who follows food safety codes, can stand long shifts, and demonstrates excellent organization, time management and customer service while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (implied).

Responsibilities

• Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables.
• Braising and grilling meat and vegetables.
• Inform waitstaff when orders are ready.
• Monitor ingredients to ensure freshness and safety.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation; prevent cross-contamination.
• Inform the Manager when equipment needs maintenance or replacement.
