You’ll smash, flip, and grill burgers that our guests line up for, while keeping quality high and tickets moving quickly. Work is fast-paced, you work clean, and you take pride in your craft.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Food handler certification preferred; we will help you get certified.
• Able to stand 8+ hours.
• Team-first mindset; stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate grill, fryer, and prep stations.
• Ensure orders go out quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Keep station clean and follow health standards.
• Assist on deep cleaning days and kitchen cleanup.
• Communicate with cashiers and teammates to ensure accurate orders.
