7th Street Burger Georgetown is hiring cooks for part-time and full-time shifts in a fast-paced kitchen. The role involves grilling, frying, a fast ticket flow, and maintaining health standards in a high-volume setting.

We value pride in craft, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with weekly pay and full-time benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Food handler certification strongly preferred (we will help you get certified).
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts on your feet.
• A team-first mindset and calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability for late nights (3:00am), weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations.
• Get orders out fast without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain a clean station and follow Department of Health standards.
• Clean the kitchen daily and assist on deep cleaning days.
• Communicate with cashiers and teammates to keep orders accurate.
