Responsibilities

• Maintain clean grill station and equipment.
• Safely use knives and tools for grill/rice items.
• Control portions and minimize waste.
• Open and close grill station per standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house crew for great customer experience.
• Maintain positive attitude during shifts.
