• Loyally follow and execute food safety practices.
• Communicate food issues or delays to Leadership Team.
• Maintain a clean work station including grill and equipment.
• Safely use knives and tools for grill and rice prep.
• Use portions to minimize waste and control costs.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Open/close grill station per standards.
• Coordinate with Leadership Team, dish, and line crew.
