Responsibilities

• Cook on grill, foreman, and fryer.
• Prepare, portion and plate food quickly.
• Ensure orders are accurate with good presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist others.
• Perform temperature checks and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Follow recipes to prepare products and meet catering deadlines.
• Be mobile during shift and adaptable to a noisy environment.
