Job summary

Dutchman Essenhaus is seeking motivated team members to join a fast-paced kitchen environment. No experience is necessary as full training is provided, and you will learn everything needed for a successful career with us. Pay starts at $19/hour and scales with experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble food orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area and assist others in maintaining theirs.
• Help manage and supervise the kitchen team.
• Meet with kitchen manager and assistant kitchen manager to discuss priorities.
• Adhere to health and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow established recipes to prepare products.
• Meet catering order deadlines.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.
• Work in a noisy, hot, fast-paced environment.
• Be mobile during shift.

Job Type

1. Full-time hours: 5 days/40 hours; based on your availability
2. Full and part-time positions available for your work-life balance
3. Shift start/end times are flexible
4. We open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. Opening team members can expect to report to work by 6:00 a.m. and closing team members can expect to work up to two hours past closing time.
5. REQUIRED: Three Saturdays per month; you select the Saturday with the exception of blocked-out Saturdays that must be worked.
