Job summary

Stoltzfus Meats, Inc. is seeking a Grill Cook to join our friendly, family-owned team in Intercourse, PA. You’ll prepare fresh menu items, operate grills, and work with a supportive kitchen crew that values dependability and teamwork. No late nights on 9:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. shifts, with Sundays off and available PTO after 60 days.

Kitchen training is provided, and we offer benefits for full-time employees. If you’re dependable, eager to learn, and ready to contribute, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow recipes and kitchen procedures.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grills and other kitchen equipment safely and confidently.
• Help make sure meals are prepared accurately and served on time.
• Keep your grill station clean, organized, stocked, and ready to go.
• Follow proper food handling, temperature control, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Assist with food prep and other kitchen tasks when needed.
• Communicate and work closely with the rest of the kitchen team.
• Help with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation throughout the day.
