Job Title: Grill Cook

Location: 1425 Malabar Road Northeast, Palm Bay, FL 32907. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time, hours and days may vary, weekends required. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous culinary experience preferred.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Takes orders, prepares items requiring short preparation, and serves customers efficiently and courteously.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature, attractive, tasty, and tastes all prepared items.
• Uses established procedures for ticket collection and maintains records during service.
• Follows approved recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Transfers food using pans, kettles, and trays safely.
• Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers and management.
• Performs other duties as assigned safely and effectively.
