Join Our Team as a Grill Cook (Full-Time and Part-Time)

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Grill Cooks at Compass One Healthcare.

Location: Baptist Health Fort Smith - 1001 Towson, Fort Smith, AR 72902. Note: Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time schedule with hours and days that may vary, including mornings, nights, and rotating weekends. More details provided upon interview.

Requirements: Previous culinary experience preferred, but willing to train!

Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Foster positive relationships with coworkers and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
