• Location: Baptist Health Fort Smith - 1001 Towson, Fort Smith, AR 72902. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, hours and days may vary, including mornings, nights, and rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirements: Previous culinary experience preferred. Willing to train!
• Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station according to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation; serve at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty.
• Use ticket-collection procedures and maintain records during service.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly following safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Resolve customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
• Perform duties safely and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
