Job summary

Eurest USA is seeking a Full‑time Grill Cook located at JACKS in Cleveland, OH. Position

Full‑time Grill Cook
Location: JACKS - 100 Public Square, Cleveland, OH 44113

Schedule

Friday – Tuesday 8:00 pm – 4:00 am

Pay Range

$16.00 to $18.00 per hour

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years culinary experience; grill cooking experience required.
• Willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation. Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly, following service steps and standards.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature, attractive and tasty, and tastes all prepared items.
• Uses established ticket‑collection procedures during service; responsible for records from area worked during service periods.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating and food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information and concerns to supervisor.
• Attends in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
• Performs job safely while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
