Job Description: Grill Cook at Morrison Healthcare

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time Grill Cook positions at NEA Baptist Memorial, located at 4800 East Johnson Avenue, Jonesboro, AR 72405. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Days may vary, more details upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
• Serve food efficiently and courteously, ensuring correct temperature and presentation.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Handle food and equipment safely and according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and utensils.
• Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
• Participate in safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
