Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.
• Location: Navy Federal Winchester - 141 Security Drive, Winchester, VA 22602. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; additional details provided during interview.
• Requirements: High volume grill experience, kitchen experience, and food safety knowledge are essential.
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations to deliver high-quality food service.

Responsibilities

1. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
2. Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and temperature.
3. Use ticket-collection procedures and maintain records during service.
4. Follow recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
5. Transport food safely between workstations and storage areas.
6. Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation standards.
7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
8. Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
9. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
10. Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
