We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: Koch Industries, 37 West - 4111 East 37th Street, Bel Aire, KS 67220

Pay Range: $16.00 to $16.50 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with current standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Responsibilities

1. Takes orders, prepares items requiring short preparation, and serves customers efficiently.
2. Ensures food is at correct temperature, attractive, tasty, and tastes all prepared food items.
3. Uses established procedures for ticket collection and records during service.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
5. Transfers food safely between workstations and storage areas.
6. Stores foods properly following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintains sanitation of work areas and equipment.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
9. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
