Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service according to standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Takes orders, prepares items, and serves customers efficiently and friendly, maintaining proper food temperatures and presentation.
• Uses established procedures for ticket collection and records during service.
• Follows recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Handles food and equipment safely, stores foods properly, and maintains sanitation.
• Addresses customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
