We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: 1305 West 23rd Street, Tempe, AZ 85282. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous BOH or grill cook experience required.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation, completes orders from steam tables, and serves customers at multiple stations.
2. Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty.
3. Uses established ticket-collection procedures and records during service.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
5. Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely between work areas.
6. Stores foods properly following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant issues to supervisors.
9. Attends in-service and safety meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and management.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
