Job Opening: Grill Cook

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Grill Cook position at Eurest.

Location

Millipore - 3050 Spruce Street, Saint Louis, MO 63103. Note: Online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full-time; open availability preferred. Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM - 2:30 PM.

Requirements

Prior food service/cooking experience preferred.

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station, adhering to standards and regulations to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare items, and serve at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between work areas.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and utensils.
• Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
• Attend safety and training meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Perform duties safely and maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
