Join us as a GRILL COOK (FULL TIME) at Compass One Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position located at St. Joseph's/Candler Hospital, 5353 Reynolds Street, Savannah, GA 31405. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; hours may vary between 6:30 am to 7:30 pm. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirement: Prior grill or fry cook experience is required.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities include:

1. Taking orders and preparing items requiring short preparation times.
2. Serving food efficiently and courteously, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
3. Using established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
4. Following recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transporting food items safely between stations.
6. Storing foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and utensils.
8. Addressing customer concerns and reporting issues to supervisors.
9. Participating in safety and in-service meetings.
10. Fostering positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
11. Performing other duties as assigned.
