Job Opening: Grill Cook

We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position at Pfizer Sandford PGS, located at 4300 Oak Park Road, Sanford, NC 27330. Online applications are accepted only.

Requirements: Two years of prior grill cook experience is required.

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations for high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation; serve at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Use established procedures for order collection and record-keeping.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations.
• Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report relevant issues.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and management.
• Perform duties safely, maintaining a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
