Join to apply for the GRILL COOK (FULL TIME) role at Eurest USA.

We are hiring immediately for full-time GRILL COOK positions at Northrop Grumman Melbourne, located at 2000 West Nasa Boulevard, Melbourne, FL 32904. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, hours may vary; more details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous high-volume kitchen experience is required.

Pay Range: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in accordance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation, completes orders from steam tables, and serves customers at multiple stations.
2. Serves customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty. Tastes all prepared food items.
3. Uses established ticket-collection procedures and maintains records during service.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
5. Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely between workstations.
6. Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant issues to supervisors.
9. Attends in-service and safety meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
11. Performs job safely, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
