• Schedule: Full time; days and hours may vary; rotating weekends
• Experience: Prior grill cooking experience preferred

• Pay Range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
2. Serve food efficiently and courteously, maintaining proper temperature and presentation.
3. Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
4. Follow approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transport food safely between workstations and storage areas.
6. Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
8. Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
9. Participate in safety and in-service meetings.
10. Foster positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
