Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Use established ticket collection procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas, following safe food-handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Follow HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety policies, including proper glove and equipment use.
