Job Opening: Grill Cook

We are hiring immediately for full-time Grill Cook positions.

Location

Bank of America - 9000 Southside Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32256.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements

Previous guest services, hospitality, and customer service experience are preferred but not required.

Additional Information

• Pay Range: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation; serve at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food is at proper temperature and visually appealing.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record-keeping.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report to supervisor.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
• Perform duties safely, maintaining a clean environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
