• We are hiring immediately for a GRILL COOK position.
• Location: Ascend Performance Materials - FM Road 2917, Alvin, TX 77512. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 4:30 am - 1:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: One year of culinary experience required.
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
• Pay Range: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Takes orders, prepares items requiring short preparation, and serves customers efficiently and courteously.
2. Uses established procedures for ticket collection and records during service.
3. Follows recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
4. Handles food safely, stores foods properly, and maintains sanitation standards.
5. Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant issues to supervisors.
6. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
7. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
