Job summary

East Bank Club in Chicago is seeking Grill Cooks to prepare hot and cold menu items, keep stations clean, and store unused food properly. You will ensure proper reheating and holding of daily stock.

The role is full-time, with a 6:00am-3:30pm schedule Mon-Sun, 40 hours per week. The position is entry-level with a $24 per hour rate and benefits including PTO, 401(k), health insurance, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knife skills and ability to work with high-volume orders.
• Experience in broiler and sauté stations is preferred.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, cooking, and servicing of all menu items.
• Maintain service, production, and preparation standards.
• Hold foods at proper temperatures and label/store accordingly.
• Keep station areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Assist with requisitioning and transfer of items as needed.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
