Job summary

All Team Staffing in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Grill Cook for immediate hire. We offer weekly paychecks, competitive wages, and the option to work full-time or part-time.

As a Grill Cook, you will accurately prepare meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot items, finish plates with garnishes, and maintain sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in kitchen prep and cooking.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand up to 9 hours.
• Current immunization records (flu and TB) required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot foods accurately.
• Finalize plates with garnishes and ensure appealing presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation.
• Maintain proper food rotation and inventory at line stations.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen rules.
