Food Provisions LLC in Key Biscayne, FL is seeking a reliable Grill Cook to join our busy kitchen. This full-time role focuses on preparing made-to-order grill items with speed, accuracy, and consistently high quality, while maintaining a clean, organized station for service.

You will work with the kitchen team to verify portions, follow recipes, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Grill Cook or similar role preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion standards and safety procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook made-to-order grill items following recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Operate the grill safely and efficiently while keeping the station organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Verify product quality, proper cooking, portioning, presentation, and consistency before serving.
• Perform basic food preparation and restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Maintain equipment, utensils, and work areas in accordance with food safety, sanitation, and safe food-handling procedures.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team to provide fast and accurate service during high-volume periods.
• Support other food preparation and kitchen duties as needed based on operational requirements.
